American Pancake Recipe In Grams

Ingredients:
- 125g plain flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 285ml milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then pour in the milk and vanilla extract. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined. Add the melted butter and mix until smooth.
