- 1 cup water

Instructions



1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cumin and mustard seeds and fry for a few seconds.

2. Add the green chillies, onion and ginger-garlic paste and fry for a few minutes. Add the tomatoes and fry for another few minutes.

3. Add the coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala and fry for a few more minutes.

4. Add the eggs and salt to taste and mix everything together. Add the water and bring the mixture to a boil.

5. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add the chopped coriander leaves and mix everything together.

6. Serve hot with rice or chapati. Enjoy!
