- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 leeks, sliced
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
- 2 large chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1/2 cup of half-and-half cream
- 1/2 cup of frozen peas
- 1 package of puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
To make this delicious Chicken and Leek Pie, start by preheating your oven to 375 degrees F. Then, heat the butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add in the garlic and leeks and sauté for about 5 minutes, until the leeks are soft and beginning to brown. Add in the thyme and rosemary and cook for an additional minute.
