Ingredients
This recipe is enough to make one 8-inch round cake. To make the cake, you will need: 200g self-raising flour; 200g unsalted butter, softened; 200g caster sugar; 4 large eggs; 2 lemons; and 2 tablespoons of milk. Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C/gas mark 4. Grease and line an 8-inch round cake tin with baking parchment.
