  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs

Instructions

To make the koftas, start by boiling the potatoes until they are soft. Drain and mash them. Then add the paneer and mix together. Add the cumin seeds, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, sugar, cream, and salt to taste. Mix well and shape the mixture into small balls. Roll in the almond flour and breadcrumbs. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

For the gravy, heat oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds. Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds. Then add the coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt to taste. Add 1/2 cup water and bring to a boil. Add the cream and simmer for a few minutes. Add the koftas to the gravy and simmer for a few more minutes.

Serve the Malai Kofta hot with steamed rice or roti. Enjoy!
