Ingredients
- Semolina (Rava): 2 cups
- Rice Flour: 2/3 cup
- Cumin Seeds: 1 tsp
- Black Peppercorns: 8 to 10
- Ginger: 1” piece, finely chopped
- Green Chillies: 2, finely chopped
- Onion: 1/2 cup, finely chopped
- Curry Leaves: A few
- Coriander Leaves: 2 tbsp, finely chopped
- Cooking Oil: As required
- Salt: To taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, add semolina, rice flour and cumin seeds.
- Crush the black peppercorns and add it to the bowl.
- Now add finely chopped ginger, green chillies, onions, curry leaves, and coriander leaves.
- Mix everything well and add enough water to make a thin batter.
- Add some cooking oil and salt to taste.
- Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with some cooking oil.
- Pour the batter and spread it evenly to make thin dosas.
- Drizzle some cooking oil on top and cook the dosa on both sides till it turns golden-brown.
