Ingredients
- 2 cups ground pork

Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine ground pork, onion, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and Chinese five-spice powder. Mix well and set aside.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork mixture and cook, stirring often, until the pork is cooked through and no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes.
3. Add the carrots and green onions to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring often.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Allow the pork filling to cool before using to fill the bao buns.
