Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and roll each part into a ball. On a lightly floured surface, roll each ball into a thin circle of about 8-10 inches in diameter. Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat and place the rolled roti on the griddle. Cook for about 1-2 minutes and then flip it over. Cook for another 1-2 minutes. Brush a little oil on the roti and flip it again. Cook both sides until it is golden brown and slightly crisp. Serve the missi roti hot with accompaniments such as yogurt or chutney.
