Malabar Paratha Vs Lachha Paratha

Instructions
Malabar Paratha:
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, oil, salt, sugar, baking powder, and warm water. Mix until a soft dough forms. Knead the dough for 5 minutes, then cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape them into balls. Roll each ball into a circle about 10 inches in diameter.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place one of the circles on the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes, flipping occasionally until it is lightly browned on both sides.
- Brush the top with a bit of oil and cook for another minute. Flip the paratha and brush the other side with oil. Cook for another minute and remove from the skillet.
- Repeat with the remaining parathas.
Lachha Paratha:
