Instructions

Begin by prepping the beef. Place the cubed beef in a large bowl and sprinkle with the cornstarch. Toss to coat the beef evenly with the cornstarch. Heat the canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is lightly browned. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey and chili garlic sauce. Pour this mixture into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened. Add the scallions and stir to combine. Transfer the beef to an air fryer basket and cook at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, until the beef is crispy and golden brown.

Once the beef is finished cooking, remove it from the air fryer and place it back in the skillet. Add the sesame seeds and stir to combine. Serve the crispy chilli beef over steamed white rice and enjoy!
