Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons of cream.
- 2 tablespoons of kasuri methi.
- 2 tablespoons of fresh coriander, finely chopped.
- Salt, to taste.
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable or canola oil.
Instructions
1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add the onions and sauté until they are golden brown and softened.
3. Add the garlic and ginger and sauté for a minute.
4. Add the tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring often.
5. Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and red chilli powder and cook for a few seconds.
6. Add the tomato paste and mix well.
7. Add the butter and cream and mix until well combined.
8. Add the kasuri methi and stir for a few seconds.
9. Add the paneer cubes and mix gently.
10. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
11. Add the fresh coriander and salt, to taste.
12. Turn off the heat and transfer the Bombay Chef Paneer Butter Masala to a serving dish.
