- 2 eggs
- 180g plain flour
- 200ml full fat milk
- 2 tablespoons of beef dripping or vegetable oil
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7.
2. Put the beef dripping or vegetable oil into a 12-hole muffin tin and put it into the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the fat is smoking hot.
3. Meanwhile, crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together. Add the flour and a pinch of salt and pepper, then gradually mix in the milk to make a smooth batter.
4. Take the muffin tin out of the oven and pour the batter into the hot fat.
5. Put the tin back into the oven and bake the Yorkshire puddings for 25 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and crisp.
