Easy Yorkshire Pudding Jamie Oliver

Ingredients
- 125g plain flour
- 2 large eggs
- 150 ml of semi-skimmed milk
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7. Place the flour, eggs, milk, olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper in a large bowl and whisk until you have a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into a greased 12-hole muffin tin and bake for 25 minutes or until golden-brown and puffy. Serve hot with gravy and your favourite roast dinner accompaniments.
