Vegetable Paneer Curry

Ingredients
- 1 cup cauliflower florets

- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, coriander powder, garam masala, and turmeric powder. Sauté for 1 minute.
2. Add the cauliflower, carrots, potatoes, and peas. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
3. Add the paneer and stir to combine.
4. Add the tomato paste and yogurt. Stir until combined and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with steamed basmati rice and naan.
