Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch (23×13 cm) loaf pan with butter or vegetable oil.
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl with a fork. Add the melted butter, brown sugar, and vegetable oil. Stir until combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
