For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9-inch loaf pan with butter and set aside.
In a medium bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Set aside.
