Instructions
To make Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake, you need to follow the following steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- To make the crust, combine the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Mix together until all of the ingredients are combined and the mixture resembles wet sand. Press the crust into a 9-inch springform pan.
- To make the filling, beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract together in a large bowl with a hand mixer until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time and mix until combined. Then add the Lotus Biscoff spread and mix until combined. Then add the flour and mix until combined.
