Blackpink's signature kimchi fried rice will be your new favorite dish! It is an easy-to-make dish that is packed with flavor, thanks to the combination of the intense kimchi flavor and the fragrant fried rice. Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 cup of kimchi, chopped
- 1/2 cup of onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the kimchi, onion, garlic, and mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring often, until the vegetables are tender.
2. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring often, until the rice is heated through.
3. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and toasted sesame seeds. Stir to combine and cook for 1-2 minutes, until all of the ingredients are combined and heated through.
4. Serve the fried rice warm and enjoy!
