• Add the green chillies, tomatoes, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and salt.
• Mix well and cook till the tomatoes are soft.
• Add the boiled eggs and mix well.
• Add the garam masala powder, mint leaves, and coriander leaves.
• Add the basmati rice and mix well.
• Cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
• After 20 minutes, turn off the heat and let the biryani rest for 10 minutes.
• Serve the egg biryani hot with your favorite accompaniment.
