Ingredients:

Instructions:

To make this delicious Coffee and Walnut Cake, begin by preheating your oven to 180°C (fan)/200°C/gas mark 6. Grease a 20cm round cake tin with butter, then line the base and sides with baking parchment.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Next, beat in the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated. Sift in the flour, baking powder and ground walnuts, and stir until combined. Finally, add the instant coffee to the milk and stir in.
