  • 2 heads broccoli, cut into florets
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

Begin by preparing the steak. In a large bowl, combine the beef with the garlic powder, ground ginger, crushed red pepper, soy sauce, and vegetable oil. Mix together until the steak is fully coated in the marinade. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Once the steak has marinated, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the steak is cooked through and crispy. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets, garlic, and green onions. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the broccoli is tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.

Once the broccoli is cooked, add the steak back to the skillet and mix everything together. Cook for an additional minute or two to allow the flavors to meld together. Serve the Crispy Chilli Beef With Broccoli over steamed white rice, sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.
