- 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
1. Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds, bay leaves, and green cardamom and fry for 1 minute.
2. Add the coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, and sugar and fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes or until the tomatoes are soft and mushy.
4. Add the cream and butter and cook for 2 minutes.
5. Add the cubed paneer and cook for 5 minutes.
6. Add the chopped coriander, kasuri methi, cream, and butter and cook for 2 minutes.
7. Add salt to taste.
8. Serve hot with naan, roti, or paratha.
