Instructions

Start by preparing the beef. In a large bowl, combine the beef strips, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and cornstarch. Mix well to ensure the beef is evenly coated. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the oil. Once the oil is hot, add the beef strips and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, until the beef is golden brown and crispy.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, chilli sauce, white pepper and water. Whisk until combined. Pour this mixture over the beef, stirring to coat evenly. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
