  • 1 lb boneless chicken, cut into small cubes
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 2 cups of cooked ghee rice

Instructions


In a pan, heat oil and add the chopped onion. Fry until the onion turns golden brown.
Add the ginger-garlic paste and fry for a minute.
Now add the chopped tomatoes and all the dry spices, such as red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt.
Mix everything well and cook for 2 minutes.
Now add the chicken cubes and mix everything together.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.
Open the lid and cook for a few more minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the gravy thickens.
Remove from heat and serve hot with ghee rice.
