Ingredients

Instructions

Then, add the chopped onions, curry leaves, green chillies, cumin seeds, ginger, coriander leaves, asafoetida and a little more water to the mixture. Mix it again until it forms a smooth batter.
Heat a tawa or a non-stick pan and add a tablespoon of oil to it. Spread the oil all over the pan. Now, pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it into a thin circle. Sprinkle some oil on top of the dosa. Let it cook on medium flame until the base turns golden brown. Flip the dosa and let the other side cook until it turns golden brown.
