Instructions
Pancakes

Heat a greased skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Ladle about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet and cook until the edges of the pancake are dry and the bottom is golden brown, about 2 minutes. Flip the pancake and cook until the other side is golden brown, about 1 minute. Repeat with the remaining batter.

In a large bowl, combine the self-raising flour, sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and egg until combined. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
