4 dinner rolls
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of coriander leaves, finely chopped

Instructions

1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and allow them to sizzle.
2. Add the ginger garlic paste and sauté for a few minutes until the raw smell goes away.
3. Add the onions and fry until they are golden brown.
4. Add the tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.

9. Add the dinner rolls and toast them until they are golden brown.
10. Sprinkle some coriander leaves over the rolls and serve with the pav bhaji.
