Instructions
To get started, heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is softened and lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Then add the cooked rice and kimchi and stir-fry until the rice is lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
Next, stir in the soy sauce and red pepper flakes and cook for another minute. Then add the sesame oil and sesame seeds and cook for another minute. Finally, stir in the green onions and cook for an additional minute.
