  • 1/4 cup of chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

Making masala oats is really simple. Start by heating a pan on medium heat and add the ghee. Once the ghee is hot, add the onions, tomatoes, ginger, green chillies, and coriander leaves. Saute for 2 minutes.

Next add all the spices - cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and black pepper powder. Saute for 1 minute.

Now add the rolled oats and saute for 2 minutes. Add 1 cup of boiled water and cook for 3-4 minutes. Once the oats are cooked, add the lemon juice and salt to taste. Stir and cook for 1 minute.

Your masala oats is now ready to be served. Garnish with some chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
