- 2 cans of tuna in brine (or oil)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 red pepper, deseeded and diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 100g of mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of tomato puree
- 500g of passata (or tinned tomatoes)
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 100g of grated cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
This pasta bake with tuna is really easy to make and can be ready in as little as 30 minutes. Here's what you need to do:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- In a large saucepan, heat the oil over a medium heat and cook the onion, pepper, garlic, and mushrooms until softened.
