Ingredients

  • 200 grams digestive biscuits
  • 100 grams butter
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 250 grams cream cheese
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200 ml cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix together the digestive biscuits, butter and 1 teaspoon of sugar until it resembles a crumbly mixture. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased cake tin.
  3. Using an electric mixer, beat together the cream cheese and 100 grams of sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract and cream and mix until everything is combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into the cake tin and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool and serve.
