Ingredients
- 200 grams digestive biscuits
- 100 grams butter
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 250 grams cream cheese
- 100 grams sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 200 ml cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Mix together the digestive biscuits, butter and 1 teaspoon of sugar until it resembles a crumbly mixture. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased cake tin.
