  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces, Aachi chicken 65 masala, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, curd and salt. Mix well and set aside for 15 minutes to marinate.




2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.



3. Add the Aachi chicken 65 masala, tomato puree, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and salt. Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.



4. Add 2 tablespoons of water and mix well. Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.



5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
