4 Ingredient Cloud Bread Recipe
Ingredients
This fluffy, low-carb cloud bread is incredibly easy to make and requires only four ingredients. This recipe yields approximately eight slices of cloud bread. Here’s what you’ll need:
- 3 large eggs, separated
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 3 tablespoons granulated erythritol or other sugar-free sweetener
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium bowl, whip the egg whites with an electric mixer until they form soft peaks. Add the cream of tartar and continue to beat until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
In another bowl, combine the egg yolks, cream cheese, and erythritol. Beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Gently fold the egg white mixture into the egg yolk mixture until just combined.
Spoon the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, forming 8 mounds. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the tops are lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
