Ingredients:
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated onion
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup prepared mustard
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, grated onion, ketchup, mustard, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Mix ingredients together until combined.
- Shape mixture into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 1 hour or until an internal temperature of 160 degrees F is reached.
- Let meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
