Baked Buffalo Cauliflower Bites Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
- 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup vegan cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450F.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, almond milk, buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper and sea salt. Mix well until combined.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the cauliflower florets onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping the florets halfway through cooking.
- Remove from the oven and top with vegan cheese. Broil for an additional 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve with your favorite dip and enjoy!
