2 cloves garlic

1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F. Place the salmon filets on a baking sheet. Take 1/4 cup of olive oil and pour it over the salmon. Sprinkle the salmon with salt and pepper to taste. Mince the garlic and sprinkle it over the salmon. Place the spinach on top of the salmon. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
