- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder

- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1 cup paneer cubes
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and bay leaves and stir for a few seconds.
- Add the coriander powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, and turmeric powder. Stir for a few seconds.
- Add the tomato puree and stir for a few minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Add the paneer cubes and stir. Cook for a few minutes.
- Add the cream and stir. Cook for a few minutes.
- Add the chopped coriander leaves and stir. Cook for a few minutes.
- Add salt to taste and stir. Cook for a few minutes.
