Minced Lamb and Aubergine Recipes



Minced lamb and aubergine is a delicious dish that can be prepared in a variety of ways. Ingredients

  • 500g of minced lamb

Instructions

1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over a medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for a few minutes until soft and fragrant.

2. Add the minced lamb to the pan and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the lamb is browned and cooked through. Add the spices and tomato puree, and season with the salt.

3. Add the diced aubergine to the pan and mix everything together. Cover the pan and reduce the heat to low. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the aubergine is cooked through.

4. Serve the minced lamb and aubergine in a bowl, garnished with fresh parsley if desired. Enjoy!
