  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Set the pressure cooker to the “Saute” setting and heat the olive oil. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until they are soft, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the beef and paprika and cook until the beef is browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the tomato paste, beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Stir to combine.
  4. Secure the lid and set the pressure cooker to the “High Pressure” setting. Cook for 15 minutes.
