Jamie Oliver Recipes: Delicious Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 50g plain flour
- 150ml whole milk
- 2 tablespoons rendered beef fat, or vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour, milk and fat until you have a smooth batter.
- Heat a 12-hole muffin tin in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tin from the oven, and divide the batter evenly between the 12 holes.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until the puddings are golden and crisp.
- Serve hot with gravy, or with a variety of accompaniments.
