Ingredients

Making Saffola Masala Oats is quick and easy. To make it, you would need the following ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of Saffola Masala Oats
  • 1/2 cup of Milk
  • 1/4 cup of Water
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 teaspoon of Ghee
  • 1 teaspoon of Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of Chopped Onions
  • 1 teaspoon of Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Chopped Green Chillies
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Roasted Peanuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Garam Masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Coriander Powder

Instructions

Once you have all the ingredients, it's time to make the Saffola Masala Oats. Here are the steps.

  1. Take a pan, add ghee, cumin seeds, and chopped onions in it. Saute for 15-20 seconds.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, and ginger garlic paste. Saute for 1 minute.
  3. Add Saffola Masala Oats, salt, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and coriander powder. Stir everything together.
  4. Now add milk and water. Stir it. Cook it on low flame for 4-5 minutes or until the oats are cooked.
  5. Once the oats are cooked, turn off the flame. Add roasted peanuts, lemon juice, and coriander leaves. Stir it.
  6. Your Saffola Masala Oats are ready. Serve it hot.
