4. Add the yogurt and stir to combine. Cook for another 3 minutes.

5. Add the basmati rice, and stir to combine. Cook for another 5 minutes.

6. Add 3 cups of water and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover with a lid. Simmer for 15 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through and the liquid is absorbed.

7. Remove from heat and stir in the fresh cilantro, mint, and lime juice.

8. Serve the Biryani with a side of yogurt and raita.
