- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder

- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 9 inch round cake pan.
In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the oil and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the vanilla extract. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture alternately with the buttermilk. Beat until just blended. Fold in the hazelnuts, chocolate chips and chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolates.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. The cake is done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool before removing from the pan. Serve with a dusting of confectioners' sugar, if desired.
