3. Heat oil in a deep pan. Once the oil is hot, take small portion of the mixture and shape it into small balls. Carefully drop the balls into the hot oil. Fry them until they turn golden brown in color.

4. Once they are golden brown, remove them from the oil using a slotted spoon and transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels. Let the excess oil drain off.
