  • 2 tablespoon Kasuri Methi (dry fenugreek leaves)
  • 2 tablespoon Cream
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Oil

Instructions

1. Heat oil in a pan and add the onions. Saute until they turn golden brown. Then add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few minutes.

2. Now add the tomatoes and green chillies and cook until the tomatoes are soft. Add the red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt and mix well.

3. Now add the paneer cubes and mix gently. Add the butter and cook for a few minutes. Then add the kasuri methi and mix well.

4. Add the cream and mix gently. Cook for a few more minutes and then turn off the heat.

5. Serve hot with roti, naan or jeera rice.
