How to Make Corn Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 cups of vegetable broth
- 3 cups of fresh or frozen corn kernels
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme leaves
- ½ cup of heavy cream
