Instructions
To make the beef mixture, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add in the ground beef. Cook the beef, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks, until it is no longer pink. Transfer the cooked beef to a plate and set aside.
Add the onion, carrot, celery, and garlic to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
