1. Lemon & Herb Crusted Salmon

Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets, skinless

1/2 lemon, zested and juiced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

4 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).

2. In a small bowl, combine the lemon zest, parsley, dill, breadcrumbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.

3. Place the salmon fillets on a foil-lined baking sheet. Brush the top of each fillet with the lemon juice.

4. Top each fillet with the lemon herb mixture. Press the mixture down with your hands.

5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

6. Serve warm with your favorite sides.

Instructions:

4. Sprinkle garlic, salt, and pepper on top of each fillet.

5. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

6. Top with parsley and lemon juice. Serve warm with your favorite sides.

3. Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Brush each fillet with olive oil.

4. In a small bowl, combine the honey, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.

5. Brush the honey mustard mixture on top of each fillet.

6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

7. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
