Instructions:
Step 1: In a bowl, add the mashed potatoes, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, oil and coriander leaves and mix everything together.
Step 2: Add the gram flour, red chilli powder and mix everything together until it forms a dough. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions and shape each portion into a round ball.
Step 3: Heat the air fryer to 350F. Grease the basket of the air fryer with some oil and place the potato balls in it. Spray some oil on top of the potato balls.
Step 4: Place the basket in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes. Flip the potato balls after 7 minutes. Once done, remove the basket from the air fryer and serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
