Ingredients

Start by preheating your oven to 425 degrees F. Place three shallow dishes in front of you. In the first dish, combine the flour and a pinch of salt. In the second, lightly beat the eggs. In the third, combine the panko, 1/4 cup Parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper.

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with the remaining salt and pepper. Dredge the chicken in the flour and shake off the excess. Dip the chicken in the egg and let the excess drip off.
